The Slave...

Whatever a slave earns belongs to his master.* Who is our master? It depends on us. If our lusts, our greed for gain and outdoing our neighbors control us, they are our masters, and we feed only them. However, when we break free of lower urges and bind our thoughts and dreams to higher worlds, we merit having the heavens as our master. We merit having the Divine Presence rest on us and fill us with its blessings. * Pesachim 88b

Appreciate...

The more we appreciate that which we most take for granted, the richer and happier we become. Our appreciation is a whole new source of prosperity.
